Joi Phelps is a Broker Associate with Van Newkirk Real Estate, serving Scottsbluff, Gering and surrounding areas of Western Nebraska. Joi was born and raised in the area. Being raised on a farm, she is familiar with both rural and residential properties. After becoming a licensed realtor in 1978, Joi pursued the GRI designation as well as the CRS designation achieved by only 40,000 realtors worldwide.
