Nancy Newton has been a full time realtor with Van Newkirk Real Estate since 1996, primarily servicing residential customers. Nancy received recognition from the USDA in 2000 for assisting Nebraska families realize the dream of home ownership.
Nancy grew up in the Scottsbluff/Gering area. She and her husband, Bob, have 3 grown children and 3 granddaughters. Nancy loves working with people and has a goal to be known for her honesty and fairness in working with other people.
